Can I ask what size the photo and envelope is and is it bendable?
The reason I ask is because I'm in the UK and thinking of requesting an autograph from someone in the U.S using an A4 photo. The return envelope (9"x12.8") I use will be cardboard backed so it can't be bent. Due to the envelopes inability to be bent, USPS states it falls into the package category. Lowest postage price is $10.20 and I have to attach a USPS Customs Declaration - CN22 form to it.
This needs to be signed and dated by the sender before it can be posted back to me.
I wondered if this added requirement of signing, dating the attached CN22 might put the celebrity off responding altogether?
Is it worth using an unbendable envelope?Or should I use a regular one to avoid all this and take the risk of the photo getting creased in the post?
Thanks
