Josh Groban e-mail Success

Sent an e-mail to Josh Groban (JoshGroban@studiofanmail.com) requesting his autograph. A couple of days later I receive the signed photo.
I don't know whether this is a success or a failure since 'Studio FanMail' is known to send PP.
