He does sign pictures & books that you send in. This photo posted is a Pre-Print though.
I guess if you send no photo requesting a photo to be sent back, you get a PP?
He hardly ever will sign a full signature anymore with "Jimmy" fully spelled out. His signature 99% of the time nowadays is just JCarter.
I just got 2 pics back from him signed, but I sent the photos to him. Roughly 10-12 week for a return.
