Jenny Powell (TV Presenter) Success - Sort of

I only wrote off to Jenny Powell , former presenter of No Limits, Wheel of Fortune (UK Version) on Monday 25th May 2015 and was quite surprised to find this preprint through the door.
This is strange considering I sent a colour photo for her to sign.
Below are a photo of the card with the envelope and the preprinted card.

Sent to Arlington Enterprises at Charlotte St London.
I felt the need to email them though as I'm worried they've whizzed the photo I've sent and kept my envelope with 73p postage attached to it. Highly annoying in my book. I can only hope that my original photo has been passed on to her
