Sent LOR, SASE, Index card to his home address (Database) on March 23, 2015, and today received my index card back signed with his full name instead of his Nickname. Whatta awesome return from Hall of Famer!

Congrats on your success! I was thinking of sending him something to sign but was wondering if he only signs with a donation/payment enclosed. Did you include a donation/payment?

No, I dont even aware he only signs with donation. If he does, I would enclose it as well.
