I did a screengrab of the episode or searched on google or something and had the photo printed out. It's what I always do....then you don't get disappointed if they don't send anything.
It's worked for me for ages, please see some of my other posts. The photos are all my own work

He does sign autographs at the hawthorns
I have meet him several times there and he is more that happy to stop and have a chat about football and have your picture taken with him
