Jack Wilshere failure but unexpected success (Arsenal FC)

I sent a letter and SAE to Jack on: 6th June 2014, and last Monday I recieved this letter back from Arsenal FC saying that Jack is unable to sign, and they sent me these booklets and pp photocard of Jack, plus in the letter it says they include my photos ba k unsigned, which i didn't send 
All i can assume is that they got the letters mixed up, my SAE was too small which i sent, so they included the SAE back unused as well.
