On June 6, 2014, I sent an 8x10, LOR, and SASE to Nancy Cartwright, who is among other roles, the voice of Bart Simpson. On December 15, 2014, I received an 8x10 Bart Simpson promo card signed and personalized by Ms. Cartwright.

Yes. I sent a Bart picture to her and she sent back the promo card. Some actors/artists (Jim Davis - Garfield is another) have contracts that say they cannot sign other items.

It is well known that she won't sign anything you send to her and is on her website nice success.
