I sent a letter roughly around 22nd September 2014 and recieved a personalised postcard by Jacqueline herself!

The post card reads:

"Dear Nikki,

Thank you very much for your lovely long letter. I am pleased that you enjoyed my books while you were growing up. I'm pleased that you particularly enjoyed 'Lola Rose' - its was a different book to write because it deals with very troubling issues. I'm delighted that it inspired you to write your own stories. I hope you'll enjoy 'Opal Plumstead' too!
