He doesn't sign, a wee bit of research on here, or on the general web would have told you that. It is an AP, and it's not a success. It's not signed by him, nor has the letter or photo been seen by him. Total waste of time and money.

The sig is real, but its not hand signed. Its an auto pen. Its one step up from being a sec!
