I am very happy that all my TTMs are starting to get respond again after 5 year hiatus of sending TTM activity due to move back to my homeland.

Anyway, sent LOR, SAE, and USD 2 for returned stamp to Roger Federer using the address in database on July 11, 2014 and today (Aug 11, 2014), I received a signed picture of him. Thx Roger! Thx Fanmail.

is it ok to put coins in the envelope?

is it ok to put coins in the envelope?

It should be ok, but for some people is offended to give coins instead of Dollar Bills. Another thing if you give coins, your letter will be weight more and it will cost you more for the postage right.

For me it's not so much the cost of the extra weight, more that the weight shows there is coinage inside, making it susceptible to being interfered with.
