If you do a search on yahoo it looks authentic compared to others.
I am betting it's real (or an autopen).

It's an autopen. You can tell from the small marks at the ends of the words where the machine stopped signing.

I really hate it when people think they are experts when they are not.
The downward stroke on the signature is simply the way he signs (if you take 2 seconds to look that up you would know this).
Also, if you look at other posts (in this site) the signatures are similar, but not 100% identical, so it's not likely an autopen (because autopen signatures are identical unlike a person writing) and autopen machines have a tendency to be shaky much like a seismograph machine.
