Received an amazing success! On 5/5/14 I sent a card and $5 donation to the Forever Young Foundation. On 6/16/14 I received my card back signed along with a letter thanking me for my donation.

What address is this that you sent it to? That isn't the address listed for his foundation...

I sent to the address in Farmington Hills, MI. There are a few addresses out there and it seems that they all end up at the same place one way or another. The MI one seems to be the most active one at the moment; the envelope was postmarked from MI.
