Sent just a basic piece of paper @ May 25, 2014, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope - received back June 6, 2014 - about 2 weeks. 'Ax' wrote a few cool words to me.

Hello Admin - the envelope I threw out, it just had "my" address on it, Ax did not write his return address in the upper left corner.
