She was (and maybe still is) married to Kevin Eastman who co-created Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

no theyre actually divorced. She did get me a hand signed sketch of a turtle from him years ago, though.

Julie is mainly a model and actress. Like mentioned above, Penthouse and the like. She has appeared nude many times. I personally think of her as an actress as the majority of her work has been in this field. Some B films that might be considered soft-core at best. She is best known as the model used for Heavy Metal 2000. I do not think the photo of her panties would be offensive either way. Not something that I would personally want but also not something that I have lol
