I sent Colin Kaepernick a fan letter, a Sports Illustrated cover and a SASE on Dec 17, 2013 to the address I found on here for the San Francisco 49ers:

On April 24, 2014, I received a form letter, a Colin Kapernick Fanatics sports card, and the SIGNED Sports Illustrated cover.
