Did you include a self-addressed envelope and return postage, or money for return postage?

Not sending the return envelope is most likely the reason for your lack of response.

Aside from rare examples, most celebrities require a return envelope for a response, as having to do return envelopes for everyone would be time consuming and costly for either themselves or staff.

And I can do about it? It took me a lot of money in South America sending and have not told me nothing about this. Only send certified. What recommend?

Try sending again, and include a return envelope with your address on it, and it would be nice to include a small fee for return postage. I always include five dollars cash when sending overseas for the celebrity to use for postage.
