Robbie Coltrane Success??

I sent a SASE to Robbie on March 3,2014 and heard from him today!
He sent a signed photo and a letter to me. It says that Robbie is too busy to answer letters from his fans so he has a team to do that. I used the address on FanMail
Collecting singers, actors, actress,TV hosts' signatures.

How to add a scan of it by the way? I could hardly figure it out
