I've met Frankie several times, and have lots of purchased CDs of The Saturdays from their official site, and this looks to me like a fake... It matches none of my cds, and none of my in person ones...

It matches the in person ones I've gotten from her before, It looks like her signature just a very rushed one.

I always write Please forward to: on my envelopes, just in case that makes a difference. I've only ever tried the address once.
If you want Frankie, all of the Saturdays sign VV really well, you just need to send to an Arena that is known to pass on fanmail. However, they only have like 4 gigs scheduled for this year so far.
