Kelly lynch RTS!!

I sent a LOR to Kelly lynch to address in database on feb 14...got it back today saying
Insufficient address ... RTS
Is there another address that will WORK.????

The address is insufficient bc if it being an apartment bldg...
The address SHOULD read
