On January 16, 2014, I sent a letter and SASE to Billy Crystal.
The address I used was:
Face Productions
335 North Maple Drive
Suite 135
Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Today (January 29), I got a photo personalized with a purple sharpie in my SASE. Took 13 days!

If there is feedback from his Production Company, why not trying that address? Just saying
