Helen Curran - TV Weathergirl - Pioneering Success!

Helen Curran is a popular TV weather forecaster with Ireland's RTÉ network. She began her career in the early 2000s as a continuity announcer with Network 2 (now RTÉ 2). As of when this feedback has been posted, she still works in the RTÉ Weather department.
Sent 1 Christmas Card (which was sent in the envelope I used for the Christmas greeting for Nuala Carey.) on 11/12/2013. On 17/12/2013, I received a complimentary 2014 calendar.

This was a pioneering success, as it involved one of two Christmas Cards sent without need for stamps or a return address. It also has proved, given this was also a Via Subject attempt, that more than one celebrity can be handed mail by another. (the subject: Nuala Carey, who passed on the two Xmas cards to Ms. Curran and fellow forecaster Audrey McGrath at my request.) Another ground-breaking success for this brilliant collector!
