On 14/10/11 I sent 2 pictures, LOR & SASE to Charlotte at the Casualty fan mail address.
Charlotte confirmed for me via Twitter that fan mail would reach her at that address.
2 years later (25th November 2013) I got my photo's back unsigned and a signed Casualty postcard.

Waiting for 2 years and not getting my pictures signed was a bummer. Maybe I will look round for an agency address to try.

I've written to her three times( twice through casualty ) and once through her agent and Still NOTHING!:(

never mind the fact that she's incredibly hard to get a tweet from ( I've tried for four years - still nothing )

But the fact you had to wait two years is a joke!
