I sent SSAE, $2 USD for return postage, and a 3x5 card for signing. Got his surprise reply today, 10/25/13, and it was a surprise. He signed my 3x5 "Love to Pat, from Christopher Timothy," and he enclosed a b/w photo signed the same. His address is in the fanmail.biz database, and is listed below.
