I sent a photo and SASE on 22nd September 2013 to the following address :

Peter Vaughan
C/o Independent Talent Group LTD
40 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 2RH

I received my photo signed together with a smaller signed photo from Mr Vaughan with a hand-written note on the back. They arrived back 9th October 2013.
