Today I was surprised when I received back my 1970 Topps card signed from HOF'er Billy Williams. I wasn't really thinking I'd get this back since I know he is pretty hit or miss and I haven't really seen any successes from him recently but I figured I'd send anyways. Guess it's always worth giving it a shot!
