I provided Mrs. Clinton with a self-addressed stamped envelope. She sent the book back in the envelope that I provided. I can take a picture of it and submit it. Will I still qualify?

I received my Hillary Clinton photo back today. I was excited to open it and disappointed to see an autopen on my picture.

That's too bad. She is tough to get through the mail. I count myself very lucky and I think it was only because of the long handwritten letter I sent to her.
