Sorry to say, the other successes do look exactly the same... However I 95% think these are pre signed, as opposed to PP. most pp are black ink, not blue.
plus if he signed them all at the same time, there would be little to no difference in each picture.

To be fair, when you present an "argument" that it can't be PP because it's not black, you do pretty much open yourself up for comments.
