Must the IRCs be stamped by my post office when i buy them? I didn;t know that.

Congratulations on the photos! We sent a few IRCs over the years (We live in the USA), but never knew about getting them stamped. Maybe ours never worked. Don't really know. I know that now the US post office is no longer doing IRCs at all, though. Maybe other countries are stopping them as well.

You're better off buying US stamps from dealers on the Internet, such as Ebay. The US postal service also has a service where you can purchase stamps by mail. Because I don't live in the US that's how I get my stamps.

I've tried buying stamps from the USPS site a few months ago, but since i live outisde the US the order couldn't be completed. Has anything changed meanwhile? Does USPS now ships US stamps outside the US?

Yes they ship outside of the US, you just need to place the order over the telephone and not on their website.
