Sent April 17/2013 received June 13/2013, used address in data base, received in my sae my pictures back, not signed and a note saying she is not signing now.

The rejection note is on the envelope, covering my address, there was no return address or stamps on the envelope , I received this and my tommy chong success this way also today, I heard they are scanning the envelopes, maybe.
