Well it's only fair, considering the fact that people make profit of Ms. Hedren's autographs by selling them online; you know what I mean? ;)

I dont think people make any money from selling her autographs online.

you see asking prices of £20 - £35 pounds or even more but nobody ever bids on them.

I sent her 15 dollars and 2 photos in an envelope and have never heard anything from her even after 7 months. I am feeling so cheated. I was her fan at one time but not anymore. As for buying her autographs on line who would pay 25-30 pounds. She is not a big star but she did star in Birds and that's the only highlight of her career, and that's the reason I sent 15 dollars. Gone down the drain. Very disappointed. She cares about lions and man eaters but not about us human beings who are her fans.

Does anybody think perhaps if you send cash with your photos some assistant might be handling the mail and stealing the money? Your letter and photos probably end up in the trash without Tippi Hedren even knowing about it. Perhaps you should send a check instead.

It's even possible that a postal worker might be aware of donations being sent and could be stealing.

I don't mean to sound paranoid, but anything is possible.

I 've made a donation online on her site and asked for an autograph and she send it to me:)
