Paula Tilbrook success with disappointing note ( Emmerdale)

I sent a letter and SAE to Paula, as well as 4 others on: 2nd August 2012, asking if she got the chocolates I sent her, and today I recieved a note back from her, saying ' that she didn't recieve them, and she has been off work for several months. Its a shame she never got them. Still pleased to get a reply though. She included signed and personalized photo too.
