Jason Isaacs Failure

I sent a LOR, SASE and 2 photo's to Jason and a week ago i recieved my letter and photo's back with a note saying "Sorry Jason is out of the country so unable to sign photo's - kind regards"

I sent faw weeks ago also request to Jason Isaacs but I did not get back anything.
