Sent LOR, SASE and my Everton Football Shirt (1st November 2012)
Received my Shirt back signed in my SASE (9th November 2012)
Sent the request c/o Everton FC
Took 8 days

The autograph is a bit hard to see, its just above the "Chang" to the left
