It's not his daughter.. but he has indeed had the same superfan/sec sign his fanmail for well over a decade!
Regardless of what address you send it to, it will be forwarded and not signed authentically.
Hogan has even confirmed IP that he does not touch his fanmail.

This is 100% the truth. He has told me as well that he doesn't deal with his fanmail.
