Does it mean that the address has changed and it was never forwarded? Should I try again using the address on the yellow label?

Probably not the best time to write. News reports that he is very ill and suffering from dementia. I think his address should be removed from the database.

he also have cancer and kidney infection i agree his address should be removed as respect
