I sent the second picture, the lighter one. & Yes she did! I didn't put enough stamps so she had to pay an extra 20 cents, so nice. Hahha. ?

i sent my letter at the end of august so hopefully i'll get something back from her in a few weeks!

My only question is, do you have to include the picture that you want signed, or do they give one to you?

You don't have to include a picture, but you'll have a greater chance of getting one back if you include one.

does she have her own stamps, because if you have to send an Irc is there less of a chance they'll respond because they would have to go and get stamps?
