Sent Mr. Hornung a letter, 8x10, Sharpie, $40, SASE on 8/26/12, addressed to: C/O Hornung's Sports Showcase, 325 W. Main St., Ste. 1116, Louisville, KY 40202. SASE returned 9/4/12 with 8x10 signed, and with HOF '86 added. Sorry no scanner. I have read through the years that he charges $40 per flat.
