Hi. Sorry for your RTS. Try sending to the primary address in the database.
That's where I sent last year and got a success.
Many others have sent there with good results too, but that information was accidently erased, hence there's no history of it.

I guess I should specify, by "primary address" I referred to the one in Ridgefield, CT
