Catherine Fulvio is a highly popular Irish celebrity chef. She is best known for having hosted several cookery slots on various shows on Ireland's RTÉ and on rival station TV3. She also founded the prestigious Ballyknocken Cookery School. Fulvio also hosted a show about Italian cuisine called "Catherine's Italian Kitchen", recently repeated on RTÉ.
