A week ago today (April 16th 2012), I wrote to the wonderful Ed Asner. I sent a LOR, two photos, and a SASE. Then today, April 23rd, I received both photos back, signed an personalized. This is my personal fastest success. Ed is so great to his fans when it comes to signing. He voiced Carl Fredricksen in Pixar's Up, played Santa Claus in Elf, and he was on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, which he won an Emmy for.
