I think the problem is that his new book will not be published by Harper Collins and, instead, Little, Brown, and Co. Can you find another address for him?

Well, I went to look up his author website a little while ago and found a slightly different address than what you sent to. I figure it must be valid if it's on there. Otherwise you could try emailing HarperCollins or Little, Brown directly (but figuring out who to email might be very confusing). Good luck though!
