Got this 8x10 from the awesome Judge Judy yesterday. About a month ago I sent an e-mail through her website requesting one and I got it! Really happy with it.

I think it just depends on how busy she is, I've seen her reply in a week, up too two months to people. I bet you'll get it soon though!
