This is by far the fastest over sea's success I've ever had. Sent 2 weeks ago and got a response today! David plays Elphias Doge in the Harry Potter films, so I'm glad to get another HP success back! I sent a LOR, SAE, 4x6 pic and notecard and and the picture and notecard were both signed and returned in my SAE. I used the address in the database.

Congrats! That's really a fast success!!
My fastest reply from the UK was Richard Griffiths! Took only 8 days!
Received it last Saturday.

Did you send anything to cover the return postage?

No I didn't. I'm out of UK stamps, so since I couldn't cover the postage I sent a small pic so it would be a lot cheaper for him to send back,

Sorry to be a pain, but do you have to send any special stamp to go from the U.S. to the U.K., or can you just use a regular stamp. Thanks!

Haha don't worry you're not a pain. But no, you don't nerd any special stamp. Although when sending international, I like to bring my letters into the post office to have them weighed to make sure I'm paying the proper amount
