I sent an email on the Judge Judy website http://www.judgejudy.com/ a couple of weeks ago and got a personalized 8x10 in the mail today.

Oddly enough, they also included an autographed photo of her baliff, Officer Byrd, made out to a relative of his. Obviously, this was an accidental inclusion. I'm sending it back so that his relative can have her autograph, but it was a weird thing to happen!

Unable to scan with any confidence here, so this is just an FYI post.

I feel a little stupid for having to ask this, but please indulge me just a little.

If not, what email did you use (I went onto the website but the only form of contact I found was to submit a case).

With that said, how do you go about requesting the autograph? Is it really as simple as saying: "Hi, I would love an autographed picture. Here is my name and address"?

Sorry, I'm new to the world of collecting autographs.

On www.judgejudy.com, click on the Your Opinions tab (to the right of the Submit a Case tab). You will have to fill out some personal information, but in the message box, I explained my appreciation for her show and asked if I could get an autographed photo. I included my address in the message box.

Don't worry about asking questions. That's what the site is for, after all!
