When you sent the email through Feedback, did you get an automated email back directing you to the FAQ? That's what happened to me when I sent my request. It was only a few days ago, so I don't really know if the autograph request went through or not. I will have to wait and see.

I don't think I got an email. I think I just got a on-screen message thanking me for giving feedback. The NBC website doesn't seem to be working for me right now, so I can't check it out. You can always try again i guess. Hope you get one.
