On December 28th, I got my index card back in the mail, signed by Thomas Ian Nicholas. In addition to signing my index card, he also signed a business card for his band, the Thomas Nicholas Band. The address I used was Thomas Ian Nicholas, Thomas Nicholas Band, 12439 Magnolia Blvd, Suite 194, North Hollywood, CA 91607. The request was sent on December 19, 2011 (9 days total).
