Well he must have found this. Since I got a later request back from him months ago. But, he signed my custom card and send two signed 4x6 photos.

Congrats! I LOVED him on
Bones and thought he did a great job in
The Cutting Edge 4: Fire on Ice (it's my favorite of the series). I got his autograph around the time you did. It is nice to know that your earlier request wasn't totally lost in the mail/at the agency, etc.
