This is strange. She is usually a great signer. Perhaps her advanced age has now caught up with her.

She is usually very good. It might have been a mistake. We wrote to her last year and she sent back only one (of two) photos. It was personalized and autographed, but no hint of the other photo. So, we sent another ans it came back in less than two weeks signed. At the same time, someone else on here sent a photo and received somebody else's two photo-copied movie posters back signed. Being a bit advanced in years, it might just be a slip. I'd try sending it again.

Just curious, are her TTM authentic? I have a few of her myself and have heard people say there secs. :( I don't know where that info is coming from but i don't have any IP's to compare it with. Just wondering about it. :lol:

That is very weird... I'm sure it was a mistake. I know she has been sending out holiday postcards (I received one saying "Happy Holidays" and a thank you for remembering her birthday and I know someone else who got a happy holidays postcard too) so maybe with all of that your photo was overlooked. I would just try again. :)

Ah okay thanks for the reply. Just curious, how did you go about sending again? Did you write a completely new letter or just a short note saying that your photo had been misplaced?

Hi lettylynton :)

Thank you for your feedback {up}

Would you have a scan of the envelope and picture you received please?
If so, you are in the run for the $10 gift certificate.

I would send the previous letter again, adding that you have already tried to get an autograph of her and that it was returned to you unsigned by accident :D Good luck! :D

Oh wow this is an old topic bumped. I had a little moment of despair for my Joan Fontaine request sent about 4 weeks ago.
