I agree, resend it to him. It could have been delivered to the wrong address, it does happen.

Good Luck getting him to sign. I have heard that he is taking a break from signing becasue he is getting over 100 request a week, with people sending 3, 4 or even more items for him to sign. Guess he caught on that people might be trying to make money off of him. I guess its worth a shot to try again though. Its ashame how greedy people can ruin it for eveyone else sometimes.
